My New Friend

Hi people! Its really about time I put my fingers to the black noisey thing again and tell you all how I am getting on ... I have a new top tooth! Its on the left (my left, your right). Dont yet know what to do with it though, I'm sure I'll find out. Apart from that I'm getting on fine! Daddy and I have lots of fun during the day, going to the shops, playing in the garden and of course bouncing!!!!

I am also going to a new place called "Mummies and Toddlers" .... Daddy likes going here too. I'll let you all guess why. But for me its great and have met some really nice friends. They are roughly the same size as me, although some can crawl really fast and also some can run around. I want to do this too, but I cant as my right leg gets stuck under my bottom. Daddy helps by pushing me over a bit, but that I fall over and cry .... I then get sympathy .... oh yes .. a winner!

Here is a picture of my new friend Kian.

Auntie Susie is coming to stay for a few days ... that'll be great. Its about time my Italian improved a bit. Benny (remember Benny) helped me at Christmas, but as you can see below, ... I'm still not 100% sure about him ..... very loud! Mami and Papi are still away on their World Tour. I do miss them a lot and looking forward to Mami staying with me too!

Mummy is still enjoying her job and Daddy is getting some more playing. although this morning he didnt look happy to see me .... I think it might have something to do with getting in at 03.25 this morning.

Well, I must be off for sleeps now, as this typing really tires me out, and I need the rest before my guitar practise.

Hope you enjoy the pictures?

Lots of Love

Benjamin

Happy NEw Year!

And it is certainly new for me! A lot of things have changed recently.

Before either Mummy or Daddy woke me up, fed me, played a bit then back to sleep. Now they BOTH get up, run around getting me ready to go out as well as themselves. We get in the car! "ITS ONLY 08.15" I cry (not that they yet understand Ga ga language) but off we go through the forest to a place called ETSI, where Mummy gets out and says bye bye. Daddy and I then go back home (with some strange wailing music on (apparently called "lead set plain" of something).

It all change after that too! Daddy looks after me all day now. Mummy reappears after yoguart time. I do miss her during the day ... and I think Daddy does to.

I have also had a change of diet. I now eat "wafer fingers" which are nice but with only 2 teeth they take a bit of sucking. This leads to enormous amounts of sticky goo ... which leaves stains EVERYWHERE! I like Wafer Fingers. I am also eating lits of animals now, although the cow the other day was a bit too heavy for me ... think I'll wait til I am older for that one.

I am also really into "holding things then dropping them then laughing then being given them back then dropping them then laughing then being given them back dropping them then laughing then being given them back dropping them then laughing then being given them back dropping them then laughing then being given them back dropping them then laughing then being given them back" This is great fun although Daddies smiles do go away after a time.

Some very good friends of Mummy and Daddy have given me a bouncy bouncy thing. I bounce in it. I like it. Its bouncy! ........Bounce!...........Boing! .... weeeeee! .... I did fall out of it the other dqy which hurt a lot...... But BOUNCE!!!!!! This is me bouncing with Susie and Gianni.

Well, lots of other things to tell you but I will save them for another day.

Lots of Love Benjamin.

PS. Mummy goes to "Bay Jing" late in February leaving me and Daddy for 10 days alone. I hope we can both cope!

Happy Christmas

Benjamin has composed a special Christmas Carol for you all! I just cant seem to get him to understand that you need a plectrum!

For those without sound, he is actually "singing" while playing ... bless.

All is well here, a final trip back to Blighty to further empty the house. Very hard to leave the place that has been the only constant throughout my families life. Leaving it in the back of an AA breakdown truck also added that special something. Thanks Vauxhall!

Nick Worrall (AKA John Peel) was the most amazing friend you could have at a time like that and along with Gareth they helped me through what was a very difficult day. I cant thank them enough really.

It was fun though to see all the guys and gals of Soul Doubt. Thanks folks for letting me play, sorry about the end of Superstition, but I am sure I was right!

It was great to return home to Louise and Benjamin of course, and we all head off to Italy for Christmas.

Well, A Happy Christmas to you all and heres to a healthy and happy New Year

Andrew, Louise and Benjamin
