Chapter Seven - Daddy Went Away

He went away and left Mummy and I all alone. I wasn't happy about this but Mummy did explain that it was for a very good reason.

HE took a lot of things down to Nice in a "Van" with a "Friend". This "Friend" apparently was helping us move and he also has a place where Daddy and he could sleep .... but not together.

This "Friend" is silly, according to the pictures. This is him here on the way down in the "Van".

Apart from this, I haven't really been doing much. More visitors including one man who was really nice and bought me my first pair of "pumps" very cool! Thank you Uncle James


Well, as I said nothing much happening. Mummy is packing lots of things away and writing lots of letters to people to tell them we are leaving so as you can imagine she is very busy ... As well as looking after me of course!

I also had a visit from Brian and Joyce from England. they were very nice and very funny. They even laughed when I was sick in Brian's shirt pocket! ....
